Change the oil.
Then pump out the old gas and get some new gas.
Squirt oil in the cylinders and turn the engine without starting it.
Check all other fluid levels, and backflush the cooling system perhaps, if you notice rust.
Try firing her up and see how it runs.
If it's been on it's tires all this time, I'm pretty sure you need new rubber. Check you tranny level.
Try driving it a little, see how it runs.
Then see if you have any heat or if mice have blocked the ducts with nests and crap.
I dunno, start on one thing and go around. Like, if it's mechanically okay for now, start on the interior. Make sure all electrical functions work.
Then start working on the suspension, which is likely shot by now.
Take your projects one at a time to avoid getting overwhelmed. Set your sights right in front of you, one task at a time.
